Villa Rates Includes :

• Daily breakfast of your choice in Villa

• Rates are valid for 2 adults and 2 children per villa

• Check-in time 14:00, check-out time 12:00 WITA

• In order to guarantee reservations we must received 50% deposit, can be paid by transfer or paypal

• Cancellation policy :
• Any cancellation received within 7 days (for low season) and 14 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night charge or as advised for promotional.
• Any cancellation received within 7 days (for low season) and 14 days (for high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the entire booking/number of night reserved or as advised for promotional.
• Cancelation withing 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early check out are subject to 100% of the entire
